Temescal Brewing

This was the first beer we brewed during shelter-in-place and so we went for the good stuff. It’s dry, crisp, has a pleasant lingering snappiness on the palate, and bursting with the ripe flavors and aromas that make Mosaic and Nelson so sought after. We used New Zealand grown Cascade in the whirlpool and dry hop. It’s more fruity and less floral than its American counterpart, and still pleasantly citrusy. Dank tropical and ripe fruit flavors from the Mosaic and Nelson build on the citrusy base.
