500ml bottle served in a WABL sample glass. I don't see any indication of a date on it.
Pours a clear slightly reddish amber, very light in color, with a tiny head and a significant amount of carbonation. Smell is tart, a little funk and floral.
Taste is tart, something reminds me a little bit of roses. Definitely some flavors I don't recognize. If I think about tart cherries I can map it there pretty easily, but it doesn't scream out at me.
Mouthfeel is very dry, light, effervescent. Overall, nice, interesting beer.
