Day Star doesn't care if you're tired or had a late night. It's there at the crack of dawn, its golden glow conjuring images of fresh apricots and lemons while shining with the brightness of a thousand suns (actually just one and not a very big one by astronomical standards). In fact, it's so brilliant that many base their entire calendar year around it, or perhaps just evenings and weekends.

A soured saison. Pours slightly misty gold with a thinish head that dissipates quickly. The aroma adds lemon and topical fruits over the typical saison peppery sweetness.
