After defiantly ignoring an entire category of beer for over six years, we finally gave in and made a crispy, hoppy, itty bitty little summer lager, in collaboration with Barncat Ales. This hazy, adjunct-free lager features a simple malt bill of barley + wheat coupled with a citrusy hop profile presenting zesty hints of grapefruit, orange, and lemon. Finish is crisp, clean, and pithy.

Shelf-life: Up to 3 months, keep refrigerated, drink fresh!

Malts: 2-Row (Rahr), Pale Wheat
Hops: El Dorado, Galaxy, Amarillo
Yeast: Saflager W-34/70
