Clear tea-colored amber bew with long-lasting pure white foam in the Timmermans goblet. Highly aromatic with peach, orange blossoms, xxx. Wonderful sudsy mouthfeel rising into clouds of carbonation. The yeasty taste is quite evident as well as the dry finish, but it's a different sort of flavor from the usual fruity esters of Belgian brews. Flavors of pear, orange, and plum and even more complexity sip by sip. This is a little too bitter/astringent in the aftertaste, but it has such a wealth of flavors it is still a remarkable brew.
