A continual blend of new and old mixed fermentation beer from both oak and stainless to produce a balanced and complex acidity.
ReJoyce is named after Cofounder Nick Pavlina’s Grandmother in law (Joyce). A nod and thank you to her for letting us start a brewery in her garage in Ben Lomond in 2016. We brewed 200 1bbl batches in her garage for a year while building out our Swift St location. The Solera Saison is a perfect beer to honor her awesomeness
