Spelt Saison with Santa Rosa plums
Our Head of Special Projects, Drew (yes, the longhaired God behind all of those Kooks Blend bottles, mixed ferms and pastry stouts), lost his mother to Pancreatic Cancer 2.5 years ago. He made this beer and named it in dedication to her memory. In Drew’s own words, “I’m not sure she would have liked the beer, but she would have drank it and pretended, because I made it. That’s what she did. I miss her.”
