Untappd description was “DDH West Coast IPA with Nectaron, Mosaic & Strata
Collaboration with North Park Brewing Co.” Was looking forward to this collab because of the two breweries and the mentioned hops.
Poured a clear medium yellow color with 2-to-3 fingers of frothy white head. Could see more bubbles coming up from the bottom of the glass than the sides. World-class uneven foamy lacing. Excellent foamy retention. (Sight - 4.50)
Mosaic jumped out on the nose. Also floral, Nectaron, peach, nectarine, Strata, strawberry, guava, mango, bubblegum and grapefruit. Just about as good from the can. (Smell - 4.25)
Tasted almost as good as the nose. This was solid. In order got Mosaic, Nectaron and Strata, all packing a punch. Specifically floral, bubblegum, strawberry, guava, peach, nectarine, mango, grapefruit, pine and rose blossom. (Taste - 4.25)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Lively carbonation. Long, fruity finish. (Feel - 4.50)
Really liked this one. Excellent overall. (Overall - 4.25)
