Untappd description for this one was a “DDH Foggy IPA with Strata & Mosaic.” Should be another good one.
Poured a medium yellow foggy (always foggy for Humble Sea) color with three fingers of rocky-to-frothy off-white head. Could see plenty of bubble streams coming up along the sides of the glass. Excellent uneven foamy-to-foggy lacing. World-class foamy retention. (Sight - 4.50)
Smelled a nice mix of the mentioned Strata and Mosaic. In order got Strata, Mosaic, strawberry blossom, floral, rose petal, passion fruit, mango, pineapple, grapefruit and dank pine. Smelled a little better out of the can. (Smell - 4.00)
Taste followed the nose for the most part, maybe not quite as good. In order got Strata, Mosaic, strawberry blossom, floral, rose petal, mango, passion fruit, pineapple, grapefruit, dank pine and chewy caramel. (Taste - 3.75)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Lively carbonation. Earthy finish. (Feel - 3.50)
Might have underrated this slightly overall but it was very good. (Overall - 3.75)
