A few years back we did a macro light lager blind tasting and Pabst Blue Ribbon won, so we modeled this beer after PBR but with a Humble twist. We elevated the malt presence, the hop presentation, the body, head retention and the overall drinking experience with premium pilsner malt, and a unique step mash to create a little more emphasis on every aspect of the beer.
