Untappd description for this one was a “DDH Foggy DIPA 8.4% - Citra, Vic Secret & Galaxy.”

Poured a bright light golden hazy color with 2-to-3 fingers of frothy white head. Could see lots of bubble streams coming up along the sides of the glass at different speeds. Almost perfect spiderweb foamy lacing. World-class foamy retention. (Sight - 4.75)

Smelled Vic Secret, melon, viney berry, pine, Galaxy, passion fruit, peach, Citra, grapefruit, pineapple and herbal. A little better as it went down. A little better as well from the can with the addition of green grape and even some apple. (Smell - 3.75)

Tasted a little better than the nose. In order got Vic Secret, melon, viney vegetable, Galaxy, pine, passion fruit, peach, black pepper, Citra, grapefruit, pineapple, herbal, coconut, purple grape, plum and hints of black licorice. Pretty smooth for 8.4 pct. ABV. (Taste - 3.75)

Medium body. Creamy texture. Average carbonation. Long finish. (Feel - 4.25)

Slightly underrated this overall, but I liked it. Glad I got to try it. (Overall - 4.00)

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass

A: Pours hazy golden amber with a frothy cream white head that settles to a firm layer and laces nicely.

S: Juicy tropical and stone fruit, a little citrus, slight resinous grassy notes, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.

T: Big tropical and stone fruit, passion fruit and pineapple hit first, followed by mango, peach, and apricot, citrus, orange, grapefruit, and a hint of lemon lime, a little resinous, faint grassy herbal notes, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.

M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, super drinkable for a double.

O: Really nice use of some great hops. There's just the right amount of bitterness to keep it from getting too sticky sweet while still letting all the great fruity notes pop. Overall, really nicely balanced super drinkable foggy DIPA.
