DDH Foggy IPA with Nectaron, Centennial & El Dorado
Extra fluffy fog from an extremely large amount of high protein wheat malt, combined with some old and new school hop varieties that have been known for their incredible flavor and aromas.

Untappd description for this one was a “DDH Foggy IPA (6.3%) with Nectaron, Centennial, and El Dorado.”
Poured a light golden foggy (has to be foggy because Humble Sea) color with 3-to-4 fingers of rocky white head. Could see a lot of bubble streams coming up along the sides of the glass at different speeds. Almost perfect foamy lacing. Almost perfect foamy retention. (Sight - 4.75)
The El Dorado jumped out on the nose with Nectaron coming in after. Also got watermelon candy, melon, pear, peach, stone fruit, lime zest, lemon, herbal and dry grass. A little better out of the can. (Smell - 4.00)
Tasted almost as good as the nose. In order got Nectaron, peach, stone fruit, El Dorado, watermelon candy, melon, pear, pineapple, mango, lime zest, lemon, herbal and dry grass. (Taste - 3.75)
Light body. Creamy texture. Average-to-lively carbonation. Smooth finish. (Feel - 4.25)
I liked this overall. Outstanding. (Overall - 4.00)
