DDH Hop Fused foggy TIPA featuring Ocho, Citra, & Galaxy
Collab with Pure Project
After an epic hop adventure in Yakima this year, we stumbled upon a gem - a new hop (Ocho) that teased us with a juicy perfume and a candy-like aroma. Pair that with our all-time faves Citra and Galaxy, and you’ve got a concoction that’s pure magic.

16oz can served in a hotel tumbler. Can is dated 01/31/2024.
Pours very murky very pale orange. Moderate head, doesn't look like a lot of carbonation. Almost looks like there's citrus pulp in there. Smell is powerful, peach and white grape, hop resin and cut leaves.
Taste moves more in the melon direction, some bubblegum, and very boozy. Very juicy and on the sweet side, with a little bit of pithy bitterness attempting (but failing) to counterbalance.
Mouthfeel is not as thick as it looks, though it definitely has some body. Overall, this is quite tasty. Wish it wasn't quite so boozy, but quite tasty indeed.
