We had the pleasure of hosting the incredibly talented Natalie from Wayfinder recently. She's been CRUSHING the lager and hops game since her days at Breakside Brewing as the innovation brewer. For our big 7th anniversary, we put our heads together to brew a spin on her classic lager recipe—a Rustic French Rye Lager.
This beauty is a Decocted Rustic French Lager with Rye brewed in collaboration with the amazing folks at Wayfinder Beer. It's a concoction of Belgian Pilsner malt, Spelt malt, and rye malt, hopped with Spalter Select and Strisselspalt hops.
