This Rye Saison was brewed by Bellingham beer industry women on International Women’s Day. Appearance is just plain cloudy amber. Modest foam by nicely carbonated in the mouth. Light body but quite malty.
Tangy, grainy, and a little sharp. Some malty sweetness. Lots of yeasty flavors and a dry finish as usual with the Belgian styles. The rye provides a scratchy, spicy note. Highly drinkable even if it's on the murky side. On tap at the taproom.
