On tap at Beer Shop, NYC
Pours a clear golden amber color with a thin head that doesn’t show much retention.
Not much happening with the nose. Some bready malt, a hint of caramel. Some peppery spices develop along with a touch of cinnamon, coriander and citrus peel.
Dry and peppery taste. Dry and tea like malt taste with an earthy and grassy feel. Dry and slightly lemony finish.
Medium bodied, crisp, dry and peppery.
Not sure of the classification. Feels like a Saison. A bit underwhelming.
