Can poured into a pub glass
A: Pours hazy golden yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and laces very nicely.
S: Big bright citrus zest, nice compliment of tropical and stone fruit, a touch of pine, green grassy hoppy goodness, floral notes, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Zesty citrus, lime, lemon, and tangerine, floral notes, underlying tropical and stone fruit, passion fruit, pineapple, mango, apricot, peach, a touch of resinous pine, slight grassy herbal notes, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, bright and refreshing.
O: Another winner in the Crush series. Fantastic balance of intensity and drinkability. Shows off all the best of Mosaic.

Canned 5/3/19. As I've said before, I am not the biggest fan of mosaic-implemented hazy IPAs/APAs, but Moonraker's Mosaic Double Crush proved me otherwise. Needless to say, I am looking forward to trying this.
L: Pours a bright and lively hazy yellow in appearance. Nice amount of haze with zero clarity. About 1 finger of a loosely packed head on the pour that didn't last long with generous amounts of lacing on the glass.
S: Berry, citrus, grass and peach. Smells fruity, bright and delicious.
T: Very nice. Classic mosaic hop profile, with mindful flavors of mixed berry and grapefruit. Mango and peach noticeable at the finish with after taste of lemongrass and yeast.
F: Light in weight, medium in body. Soft, smooth and easy to drink with the perfect touch of carbonation. Superb for a beer of this stature.
O: A highly enjoyable offering. Yet again, Moonraker proves to me that Mosaic does have a place in NE-styled offerings when implemented correctly. I would drink this again and I am glad to try. Cheers!

Thanks, Chad!
Was grateful for pulling in this, along with 16 others, from Chad and Bill on a recent work trip to Reno, Nev. Moonraker obviously puts out some of the best hazy IPAs and I expected this to be no different. Untappd description called it, “Our single-hop series featuring "Mosaic". We take a simple New England style Pale Ale recipe and blast it with huge late kettle additions and massive dry hopping. This hop bursts with juicy layers of mango, berry, tangerine, peach, and a little bit of dank. Unfined and unfiltered as usual. Absolutely crushable. Old Town Pizza's 1 Year Anniversary beer.” Oh hell yeah.
Poured a medium yellow-to-golden hazy color with two fingers of off-white frothy head. Could see a few bubbles sneaking up along the sides of the glass. Excellent sporadic lacing. Excellent retention. (Sight - 4.25)
Smelled huge whiff of Mosaic. Also berries, peach, stone fruit, mango, grapefruit, pineapple, tangerine, hints of Juicy Fruit and earthy late. As always even better out of the can with Mosaic, mango, stone fruit and tangerine. (Smell - 4.25)
Taste was not quite as good as the nose, but still really good. Got Mosaic, peach, berries, tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, stone fruit, mango, guava and lingering earthy malt. (Taste - 4.00)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Average carbonation. Long, juicy finish. (Feel - 4.25)
Another excellent beer from Moonraker. (Overall - 4.25)

Ha that's funny they're using the old picture with the janky artwork compared to the one they have on it now, serves 'em right for letting some step dad's home printer do all the work of those batch 1 designs.
Pours a light, slightly cloudy yellow with 1/3" white head, small bubbles. Appearance is almost always the low point Aroma pops hard on that Mosaic dankness. Its like a humid tropical fruit and weed kind of smell that is familiar to Mosaic. The dankest of the aroma proprietary hops. So this is easily a top tier pale ale, but where trouble comes into the equation is the cost of all these late stage proprietary hops and availability of the beer.
Taste drops some tangerine in to mix up with the passion fruit and papaya. Super light mild body of barely any 2 row, lightly toasted, probably a bunch of malted wheat and flaked oats in this one, its really soft and dare I say given the namesake, extremely crushable. Whereas this succeeds harder than say, Revision, is it has a less acidic landing after 2 cans in your stomach than the other. Difference between very good and excellent.

16oz can dated 3/15/18 poured into an IPA glass
A: Light orange, hazy with a 1+ finger head
S: WOW. Super fresh tangerine and apricot for days. Some herbs/spice/pale malt with a deeper inhale
T: Matches the nose just not quite as intense. Still super fresh with all the notes mentioned above
M: Light to medium-bodied, fresh/crisp
O: Shows the Mosaic hop very well. Very fresh and one of the better IPA noses I've smelled in a while

1-day old growlette poured into a tulip glass.
L: Pours slightly hazy straw yellow with 1+ finger of variable density white head with good retention and left ringed lacing.
S: Nose is great, very tropical. Mango, papaya and pineapple dominate. Very nice.
T: Follows the nose well, but not as dynamic. Finishes with minimal bitterness but a fair bit of astringency that lingers for a bit.
F: Light-bodied, somewhat slick, carbonation on the higher side leads to a bubbly feeling on the tongue. Still very easy drinking, would make a great river/lake beer.
O: A very nice pale, and probably my favorite of their Crush series. Definitely recommend this one.
Revisited with 1 day-old can, feel the original review is accurate for my palate and preferences.
