Man I think I picked a bottle of this up about a year ago. Drank it over the summer of 2023 since Dad got into gin recently. Anyhoo, despite that big lapse of time, I'm the first person writing a beer review for this Next Glass owned database. Yes, down bad is a vicious cycle. Cope moves.
Pours yellow and looks like a standard American adjunct lager. Thin 1/3" white head. The aroma yielded just as much citrus and salinity as a gose it seemed, mild amounts of berries and gin feel shit. I wouldn't go expecting some traditional saison nose here, even though I did enjoy this one, it just hit more like some gose ipa Citra hybrid moreso.
The taste had one of those wild ale saison hybrid lemony salty sourness going for it. More of the gin nuance comes through in the taste than the aroma. Surprisingly strong abv might contribute to the acidity in the mouthfeel, but also isn't hot, comes through as more of a bitter binding thing.
I liked the beer, but I think it was like $14/375 so outside of getting it for Dad, don't see it happening again.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
