With strawberries, basil and white pepper.
On draught at The Bier Stein, color is strawberry blonde / pinkish gold. Nice color but flat. Appearance is still with a thin white collar.
Smelling is pretty muted, pepper mostly, faint fruit.
Taste is modestly more complex. Saison esters as well as yeasty, faint basil, peppery finIshmael.
Mouthfeel is thin, watery, flaccid.
Drinkability is so-so. Less the exciting prospects of the basil strawberry, and more the yeast and pepper.
