Clear red coppery brown with abundant foam in the small Kölsch glass. Aroma is vinegar with some spice in the nose. Extremely sharp and hot with an immediate bitterness. Woody astringency. This is also the 2019 vintage. It does not seem to have mellowed any with age. It's all sour and all bitter with the advertised cinnamon and ginger. From the 500 ml bottle purchased at the brewery tasting room.

Pours cloudy brown and fizzy. Leaves much to be desired. Taste strong of ginger, with very thin taste of cherries, and cinnamon. Very light taste of vanilla. A interesting beer.
