A blend of barrel-aged golden sour beer that was then conditioned on Oregon raspberries from Stahlbush Island Farms. Fermented with a house culture of Saccharomyces, Brett, and Lactobacillus.

500ml bottle served in an E9 Zwanze Day 2019 glass. I don't see a date.
Pours a mostly clear dark pink color with a medium to large head. Medium to low carbonation. Smell is really tart, oaky, with a slight funk, definitely some berry.
Taste is really really tart, less juicy / berry. Moderate to mild fruit skin bitterness. Makes me think of strawberries.
Mouthfeel is surprisingly thick, almost chewy. Overall, very good beer.
