Classic Belgian yeast character up front (banana, cloves, a touch of bubble gum) that leans toward witbier territory, along with light lemony citrus notes, soft wheat, and an extra dry finish. Very beach and food friendly.

A: The beer is relatively clear yellow in color and has a light to moderate amount of carbonation. It poured with a short bright white head that left a narrow collar around the edge and lots of small specks of bubbles covering the surface.
S: Moderate aromas of Belgian yeast are present in the nose - these have more flavors of cloves than they do of peppery spices.
T: The taste follows the smell and also has additional notes of bananas from the yeast with hints of cloves.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I found the yeast used in this saison to be quite unique as the taste shared a lot of the qualities you would expect from a hefeweizen with the flavors of bananas and cloves. It is very easy to drink.

Very good saison. Medium carbonation, head fades quickly. Bready notes are strong and persistent. Great drinkability and really refreshing.
One of the best saison I had so far

The aroma offers banana, clove, bready sweetness, touches of candied lemon.
The flavor offers a dry quality along with that banana, clove, light astringency. Restrained bitterness. Chewy breadiness.
