Collaboration with Big aLICe Brewing Co.
This light summer crusher is yellow sun haze in the glass, with a citrus bubblegum sweet nose. Light clove flavor throughout. Brewed with Sorachi Ace for notes of lemongrass and coriander and then dry hopped with Citra and Lotus hops for a smooth, floral & vanilla finish.

A: The beer is rather hazy light yellow in color but is just clear enough to see a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high bright white head that left a large patch of bubbles on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of green grapes and lemongrass are present in the nose along with hints of Belgian yeast.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of lemongrass with notes of green grapes and rice and hints of Belgian yeast in the finish.
M: It feels light-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation. No dryness is perceptible.
O: The use of rice in this saison really lightens up the body and makes it very easy to drink. There are enough hops to keep things interesting in the smell and taste.

Crowler from the brewery. Poured a straw color with just under a fingers worth of white head. The nose has a little bit of funk, lemon, spice, and grass mixed together. The flavor follows suit but you get more earthiness and funk in the flavor over the smell. The feel is medium with good carbonation. This is an excellent saison. Very much in the vain of Tank 7 from Boulevard.
