Served in a tulip glass from the can which I picked up at the brewery less than a week ago.
Appearance: Super cloudy gold color with medium bubbles at best to the body and a white head rising just exactly one finger's length off the body.
Smell: Raw hops, lift aroma but super pleasant.
Taste: Smooth orange skin with soft grapefruit juice. It's ridiculously juicy without being oversweet. Malts are super evident yet subtle.
Mouth: Touch dry, bitter finish which sticks pretty well. Soft carbonation with a very full body.
Overall: what a very good brew, KCBC has super impressed me with this gem, walked into the brewery not knowing what I was coming back with.

Picked this up a while ago at KCBC, finally getting around to it today along with may of their other brews. Without a doubt, this was their thickest offering that I've ever had as it came across like stone fruit syrup. While the taste was sufficient, this wasn't a beer that I'd want to have again, only because it didn't measure up to other examples of the style; let alone the other cans that I've had from them!
The pour was a dark apricot with enough head and lacing behind to make this somewhat worthy for it's category. Tons of stone fruit, grapefruit, and bitter funk in the nose as it was quite a dark and odd aroma that grew on me as this warmed up. Grapefruit, nectar, and fruit zest filled my palate as I sipped this but it wasn't carbonated enough to compensate for the heavy-handed nature of this. The sweetness coated my mouth as I sipped this but I was hoping for this to take off as I worked my way through it. Honey stickiness and overripe peach stuck with me as I finished this off but it just never felt quite like beer, even as the potent amount of alcohol warmed me up.
Canned on May 5 of last year with "NO SLEEP TIL MOSCOW" written under it, I loved the 3-way collaboration on this and the artwork that went with the name. While not a clunker, this was oddly underwhelming and a bit of a letdown. If it were juice, I'd love it. As it was, one go was enough for me, as I was glad for the beer's appearance a nd d the label that

Pours a cloudy golden color with a two inch white head that quickly settled to a half inch and left lots of lacing. Smell and taste is dominated by grapefruit, making this beer really one dimensional and not at all balanced. Light bodied, well carbonated, crisp and finishes slightly dry.

Can purchased at Mama Lor's Cafe in Webster, NY.
This one pours a fairly hazy orange color, with tons of lacing.
The grapefruit dominates in the aroma- it's sweet, and not tart, with a bit of dankness, too.
The addition of grapefruit zest absolutely dominates this beer- there's grapefruit for days. How much was added? Like in the aroma, there's a bit of dankness on the finish. This is not complex, but it is fairly tasty. I do imagine it would be better without the grapefruit.
This is light bodied, with a crisp and fruity finish, with good carbonation.
There's definitely too much grapefruit here, but I still enjoyed it anyway.

Brewed in collaboration with Pizza Port and Zagovor, this DIPA comes in at 8.8% abv and features grapefruit zest... Pale golden yellow body has a faint haze, fat ivory head left sheets of lace behind... Aromas were predominantly of sweet grapefruit, with some floral elements around the edges... Taste had a nice grapefruit element, but not too sharp - seemed to be rounded off with a sweet, almost honey-like character... medium-full body with moderate carbonation... mild bitterness, moderate sweetness... Some vaguely herbal notes brought something medicinal into the mix, but it was not as off-putting as it may sound... 5/5/17 canning...
