Traditional Pilsner & Vienna malt + flaked corn, Magnum hops for bittering, and a light dose of Tettnanger hops for flavor. Soft cereal-grain sweetness up front, balanced by notes of fresh-cut-grass and herbal spice. Spritzy carbonation & a crisp finish. Utterly crushable, every day of the week. Nothing can stop it--not even COVID. It’s EL TREN.

Pours a clear golden color with visible carbonation. A large head dissipates and yields a thick and well retaining layer of film. There is also lacing throughout.
The nose highlights the balance between malts and noble hops spices. Aromas of sourdough, biscuit, cracker, caramel, lemon and grass.
A crisp cracker malt base, with notes of caramel, is balanced with earthy spices. Very clean and dry with bright notes of lemon and lime, and herbal notes of grass. The hops bitterness is moderate. The finish is crisp and dry.
Light bodied with a crisp mouthfeel. Very refreshing with a lively carbonation.
Solid and easy to drink. Good for a hot day. I would have again.

Super bright yellow with a finger of white foam. Smell has corn, bright grains, and lemon zest. Taste has more depth to these starring flavors, with some grass to balance, but overall short lived in the sips. Feel is super bright even for style, good malt textures, and decently warms on the palate. Goes well with asada tacos
