A: The beer is slightly hazy yellow in color. It poured with a finger high bright white head that has very good retention properties and concisely left lots of thick lacing on the surface and down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of peppery spices from the yeast are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that the flavors of peppery spices are a bit stronger.
M: It feels light-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The use of rice makes this saison lighter in body compared to others in the style and very easy to drink.
