Warm copper-gold hue with bright-white foamy head. Brewed with a blend of classic Old-World malted barley from Germany and ancient African super-grain fonio, which is drought resistant, highly sustainable, and chock full of nutritional amino acids. Notes of toasted nutbread, light toffee, fresh-cut grass, and a hint of sauvignon blanc. Crisp and clean on the finish.
