Appearance: Arrives with a hazy amber color capped with a buoyant head; nice stickage and spots of lace
Smell: Toasted bread and caramel with an herbal aspect
Taste: Toasted bread forward, with building herbal, lemon and white pepper tones; a layer of caramel supports the flavors underneath and lingers into the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Enjoyable and balanced with some interesting elements produced by the saison yeast
