On tap at brewery into plastic cup. Pours lightly hazy golden amber/light orange color with a 1 finger dense off white head with great retention and dense soapy lacing on the cup. Aromas and flavors of big white grape, banana, bubblegum, peppercorn, clove, apple, pine, wheat, cracker, dough, herbal, floral, grass, yeast earthiness. Medium pine, herbal, spicy bitter yeasty finish. Lightly tart/tangy. Medium plus carb and medium body. Balanced bready malt and sticky hop mouthfeel. Lingering resin dryness, no hop astringency. A hoppy saison much like tank 7. Heavy yeast character. Great for the style.
