A hop cocktail of Simcoe, Mosaic, and Amarillo. Aroma is sticky, tropical resin. Finish is clean and dry. All the hop flavor you would expect from a DIPA packed into a sessionable pale.

On draught, the foamy head dissipates into a little foam around the rim, color is a pale tan/yellow. Random lacing hangs around for a little while.
The flavor is difficult to describe. I thought it might have been because of the imperial stout I had earlier. But the flavor seems a bit off for some reason. Dirty dish water, acidic tomato and hint of dish soap come to mind.
I thought about the glass being dirty, but I doubt that would be it. This tap house has a dedicated bar glass washer, all the food dishes go back to the kitchen.
I hope to try it again soon and edit.

12 oz can. Very foamy; whitish on cloudy yellow body. The Mosaic hops add a bit too much cloying sweetness but it's balanced a bit by the Simcoe. No bitterness and a fairly clean finish.

16oz can, tulip, the dating is in a weird format. Maybe canned or best by 5/20.
Lacking head, especially on what is a NEIPA with a slightly lower ABV. Hazy yellow that you’d expect otherwise.
Papaya, intense overripe melon, resin, mango.
Classic juicy Mosaic intensity. Meyer lemon, mango, pine. Better follow through on flavors than many NEIPAs.
Light but full, a little matte, but with more prickling carbonation.
Good stuff than restored a bit of my faith in NEIPAs.
