A lightly dry hopped, easy to drink German style pilsner. Very balanced flavor profile that is dry on the finish.

Pours a semi clear pale yellow with thick, soapy head.
Smell is crisp and crackery with some floral hints. Quite light with notes of citrus, wheat dough, rye and some herbal tinges.
Taste is crisp, herbal and floral. Notes of crackers, citrus, wheat dough, rye and yeast. Creamy with a soft bitterness, very easy to drink.
Mouthfeel is medium and creamy with bright carbonation.
Overall, a very nice pilsner, quite American in execution.
