16 ounce can poured into a willi becher.
Canned 7/28/20
Murky, opaque and colored pale/straw it is topped with two fingers of bone-white, very persistent foam. A strong, juicy nose of grapefruit and citrus hops led me to believe this would be more juicy than it actually is. Though it does taste of citrus it is a cleaner peel bitterness that asserts itself from beginning to end with an underlying bread flour-like malt character. The aftertaste is clean and bitter. Medium-high carbonation gives a bit of crispness to an otherwise soft medium weight body. A good, bitter, straight forward APA.
