Pours a hazy orange with thick, fluffy head.
Smell is juicy and fruity with notes of grapes, white wine, gooseberries, citrus, mango and a hint of white pepper.
Taste is marvelous. Juicy, rich and a bit sweet with notes of grapes, white wine, gooseberries, citrus, pineapple, citrus peel and pepper. Soft bitterness, fantastic balance.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft, pillowy and smooth with good carbonation.
Overall, a masterful NE DIPA and brilliant showcase of Nelson Sauvin. The best NE DIPA I've had in quite a while.
