Appearance: Pours a huge off-white head. Body is a translucent light brown, like dark honey when held up to light.
Smell: Balanced malt and citrusy hops, caramel.
Taste: Round malt flavor balanced by hops. Nutty, lightly toasty. Not cloying.
Feel: Medium-bodied with moderate carbonation. Clean finish.
