5oz at brewery:
Cloudy matte hay and white peach, there’s a decent head and some bubbles stick to the side. Little fizzy, and not as soft as other NEIPA, but not bad. Featured hops bring a peach and tropical mix with coconut being the stand out - much more heavily in the nose than taste. For a DIPA, this almost feels like an APA, which has its merits. Wished the taste drug a little more of the notes from the nose into it, though.
