For this beer we used a hop that is quickly becoming our favorite here, Sabro. The mix of Sabro and Amarillo in this beer creates an aroma of coconut lime popsicles. The taste follows with a charge of coconut, and subtle lime notes to balance it out. This mouthfeel is creamy and smooth, with a sweet finish.

Pours a murky orange with soft head.
Smell is juicy and fruity with notes of citrus, pineapple, coconut and vanilla.
Taste is juicy and fruity with notes of citrus, coconut, pineapple and some minerals. Soft bitterness, but a bit more muddled than usual for Cushwa. Maybe a bit oxidated.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft and well carbonated.
Overall, a very good NE IPA, that may not have been in peak condition.
