Collaboration with Tröegs Independent Brewing
Last fall we had the honor of going to hop selection with the legendary Troegs. It was such a great time that we decided to brew a collab with one of the hops we were introduced to while there; experimental hop 218 from Association for the Development of Hop Agronomy. First brewed on their 3 bbl system to trial the hop, we then got the opportunity to brew a batch of it on our system.
This DIPA, thanks to the AHDA 218, packs a huge nostalgia to Fruit Stripe gum. Strong notes of fruit gum, jellybeans, and sweet pineapple all throughout the aroma and taste. It was truly our pleasure to get to brew with our friends at Troegs. They’ve helped pave the way for so much in this industry and have served as an inspiration for so many. We are excited for everyone to get to try this one.
