Collaboration with River Styx Brewing
We got together with our friends from River Styx Brewing, out of Fitchburg, MA, to bring you an exciting new Triple IPA, pronounced Po-Tuh-Moy. We went all out for this one and are excited to bring to you our first beer using Phantasm. With the use of Phantasm on the hot side to build up Thiol precursors, and fermented with a special ale strain, we then hit it with a heavy dry hop of Nelson, Motueka, and Topaz. The final product is an aromatic onslaught of citrus and tropical fruit. The vibrant aroma sparks the retronasal senses and helps lead the way to our most flavorful TIPA yet. We’re excited for this one, and had a blast with River Styx coming up with this beer.
