Happy Anniversary! We've been open 4 years and we made this lush Hazy Triple IPA for you to celebrate with. Loaded up with oats and the most Citra and Mosaic Incognito that we've ever used, we double dry hopped this juicy banger with 6lbs per barrel of Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, El Dorado, Citra, and just a smidge of Simcoe cryo. The aroma brings layers upon layers of pineapple, tropical fruit, tangerine, and a bit of pine. Big fluffy body with a very hidden 10% ABV, this hoppy juice goes down way too easy!

Had Sonny pick up a 4-pack of this for me. Was labeled online as, “Happy Anniversary! Big fluffy body with a very hidden 10% ABV, this hoppy juice goes down way too easy!” Was really looking forward to this one.

Poured a murky golden color with 2-to-3 fingers of frothy off-white head. Could see some bubble streams coming up along the sides of the glass. Perfect spiderweb foamy lacing. Almost perfect retention. (Sight - 4.75)

Smelled Citra, Mosaic, El Dorado, mango, tangerine rind, orange, pineapple, pear, pine, black pepper, stone fruit and melon. Even more flavorful from the can. (Smell - 4.25)

Taste followed the nose for the most part, slightly better. For mentioned hops, in order got Citra, Mosaic, El Dorado and lingering Simcoe. Also got tangerine rind, orange, pineapple, pear, stone fruit, pine, melon and lingering peppery spice. Really smooth for 10 pct. ABV. (Taste - 4.25)

Medium body. Oily texture. Average-to-lively carbonation. Juicy finish. (Feel - 4.75)

This was an awesome hazy TIPA. Comparing this to the Modern Times Extraordinary TIPA I reviewed yesterday, this was clearly better. (Overall - 4.50)

Sweet pineapple-tropical hoppy, hint of orange citrus, and hint of dank nose on this one! Taste follows with a juicy sweet, tropical hoppy, citrus, and piney-dank bitter bite...this hides the ABV extremely well until it starts to warm a bit. This has a really nice and soft mouthfeel...this is good stuff!

Pretty disappointing. Comes off very sweet with a backbone that's just too light for a TIPA. Doesn't make sense. A shame since last year was solid and North Park has a top notch hazy program for San Diego
