Using just One Simple Trick, we infused an insane amount of Mosaic Incognito into this Hazy Double IPA and then we double dry hopped it with a hefty dose of Mosaic Cryo and some extra fresh Nelson Sauvin for the most supreme danky aromatics followed by flavors of gooseberries, Sauvignon Blanc grapes, and fresh peaches. Super juicy, medium bodied, creamy, and quite refreshing.

Misc.: No canned on date; Split a 4-pack with Sonny
Split a 4-pack of this with Sonny, while getting a host of other stuff and picking up my Triple Vanilla Hazelnut Macaroon bottle. Had been wanting to try this. Online description called for, “Using just One Simple Trick, we infused an insane amount of Mosaic Incognito into this Hazy Double IPA and then we double dry hopped it with a hefty dose of Mosaic Cryo and some extra fresh Nelson Sauvin for the most supreme danky aromatics followed by flavors of gooseberries, sauvignon blanc grapes, and fresh peaches. Poured a light golden hazy color with four fingers of frothy white head. Plenty of bubble streams coming up along the sides of the glass. Perfect spiderweb foamy lacing. Almost perfect retention. (Sight - 4.75)
Smelled Nelson and Mosaic right away. Also gooseberry, dank pine, white grape, papaya, bubblegum, floral, rose petals, Strata, dank resin, weed, grapefruit, apricot, peach and stone fruit. Not quite as good out of the can, but still solid. (Smell - 4.25)
Tasted a little better than the nose. In order got Nelson, pine, dank resin, gooseberry, white grape, papaya, Mosaic, bubblegum, floral, rose petals, weed, grass, grapefruit, Strata, stone fruit, apricot and peach. Didn’t taste quite like 8.5 pct. ABV. (Taste - 4.25)
Medium body. Creamy-to-oily texture. Average carbonation. Long finish. (Feel - 4.50)
Just an excellent beer. Think I may have underrated this overall. Glad I have one more. (Overall - 4.25)
