Ah, there's nothing like a good ole West Coast IPA! Double down on the dry hops and include some of the best Mosaic we've ever had the pleasure of working with and you've got a recipe for success. We used some pretty nice Simcoe too, because well, Mosaic and Simcoe make good company. Big blueberry flavor with supporting pine, tangerine, and passion fruit. The aromas are pungent with herbaceous ganja, bright orange, and raspberry. Clean, bright and crisp, it's a thing of beauty. You know, with this well hopped elixir in your hand, you might be content to just watch the tumbleweeds roll by.

Psyched to see North Park selling mixed 4-packs. I wish more breweries would do this, especially during these COVID times. Had this once before buying it, giving a full pour a 4 on Untappd and writing, “#first,” as I was the first one to check in to it. Real creative. North Park’s website listed this as, “Ah, there's nothing like a good ole west coast IPA! Poured a clear medium yellow-to-light gold color with two fingers of frothy off-white head. Plenty of bubbles coming up from the bottom and sides of the glass. Excellent spotty lacing. Outstanding retention. (Sight - 4.25)

Smelled great right from the start, getting mainly herbal and spicy notes. Got big Mosaic, blueberry, passion fruit, Simcoe, pine, black pepper, tangerine, orange rind, papaya, dank weed, garlic and onion. Almost as good from the can with more Simcoe and earthy malt. (Smell - 4.25)

Taste wasn’t as good as the nose. Spicy, followed by green-grassy and herbal. More Simcoe than the nose. In order got Mosaic, Simcoe, black pepper, garlic, onion, pine, dank resin, weed, blueberry, passion fruit, papaya, tangerine and orange rind. (Taste - 4.00)

Medium body. Oily texture. Average-to-lively carbonation. Long, bitter finish. (Feel - 4.50)

This was a really good IPA. Need to get some more of this. (Overall - 4.25)
