Grabbed this as part of a mixed 4-pack along with some stuff Sonny wanted and some more stuff for me. North Park’s website called it “Overloaded with Strata, Nelson Sauvin, Citra, and Mosaic hops, this DDH Hazy Double IPA bombs your palate with delightful flavors of passion fruit, fresh citrus, and apricot. Tangy, juicy, and delightful.”

Poured a light golden hazy color with 2-to-3 fingers of off-white head. Plenty of bubble streams coming up along the sides of the glass. World-class uneven foamy lacing. Excellent retention. (Sight - 4.50)

Smelled Strata, grapefruit, Citra, passion fruit, pineapple, citrus zest, tangerine, floral, hints of Nelson and Mosaic. A little better out of the can. (Smell - 3.75)

Tasted better than the can. In order got big Strata, passion fruit, grapefruit, pineapple, Citra, citrus zest, bitter peach skin, white grape, tangerine, floral, hints of Nelson and Mosaic. (Taste - 4.00)

Medium body. Oily texture. Lively carbonation. Dry, bitter finish. (Feel - 3.75)

This was outstanding overall, but not in the top tier of North Park hazy IPAs. Shows you how great that they do that I’m disappointed with a 4.00. (Overall - 4.00)
