Tropical hoppy, hint of blueberry, and prominent piney mosaic-dank nose on this one! Yum! Taste follows with a super clean, tropical hoppy, and piney-dank bitter finish...this bitterness lingers on the roof of the mouth for a long time! This is just a great, well made all mosaic westie!!! Fantastic!

Grabbed this and five other cans on recent trip to San Diego Wine & Beer Company after picking up some other stuff at Burgeon. Had this on my want list right away when it came out. Description on North Park’s website was “DDH West Coast Double IPA with Mosaic Incognito, Mosaic, and Mosaic Cryo hops. Introducing the 2nd in our series of single hopped beers DISCIPLES OF FU!….MOSAIC MOB! You totally wiped out the last batch of our Single Hop Series DISCIPLES OF FU! Poured a clear medium amber color with 2-to-3 fingers of frothy white head. Some slow-moving bubbles coming up along the sides of the glass. Excellent spotty lacing. Outstanding retention. (Sight - 4.25)

Smelled big Mosaic, blueberry, bubblegum, floral, rose blossom, mango, pine and herbal. Almost as good out of the can. (Smell - 4.25)

Tasted almost as good as the nose. Damn. In order got Mosaic, bubblegum, blueberry, rose blossom, floral, mango, guava, pine and herbal. (Taste - 4.25)

Medium body. Creamy texture. Average-to-lively carbonation. Long finish. (Feel - 4.50)

Think I underrated this overall, but this was excellent at least. So damn good for a Mosaic beer. (Overall - 4.50)

Had on tap at location and fresh out of can, teku glass.
Look- Clear, crisply amber, nice amount of head.
Smell- citrus, fresh grass, blueberry, fruity.
Taste- bright and hoppy, but at the same time super refreshing and crisp, has a distinct note of resiny bitterness that is firmly west coast dank, but just enough to where it doesn't bite you with bitterness, incredible balance.
Feel- superbly crisp and refreshing.
Overall: I don't usually get my heartrate up about mosaic, but this may be my favorite IPA that's in the 7-8% ABV range. Can't remember a 8% beer that is so balanced and so crisp that I can down nearly a whole 4 pack without drinking water, could replace any sessian IPA, while having the taste, dankness, hoppiness of an imperial IPA, such perfect balance and distinctly west coast. I can count atleast a handful of other new west coast IPAs from NPBC this year that are all incredibly crisp and balanced yet distinctly west coast, but I'm gonna have to pick this as my favorite, North Park beer is truly knocking it out of the ballpark.

I’ve dreamt of so many things. In return, I’ve lived as many days. In-between, all I’ve wanted is just a minimal amount of pain (rather than what I have now). In hope, all I’ve wanted was a glimpse of happiness. As things are, I am not in a pinnacle of things, nor a nadir. I’m just kind of here, I guess.

Here…

Fresh can from lupulo.
Clear amber, nice head.
Nose is mostly blueberries, even blueberry pie.
Taste is blueberry and stonefruit, a slight resiny dry finish.
Crisp clean.
Overall: mosaic ain’t my favorite but this might be the best 100% mosaic hop beer I’ve ever had.

North Park is doing amazing things.... basically a single-hop series.... with a minor twist.
Disciples of Fu! - Mosaic Mob is the 2nd in our series of single hopped beers featuring the hops used to make Hop-Fu! This one is completely saturated with Mosaic hops!! We dosed it with a heavy hit of Mosaic Incognito and double dry hopped it with Mosaic and Mosaic Cryo! The aroma is bursting with citrusy tangerines, fresh cut flowers, ripe blueberries, and juicy papaya, with some herbaceous dankness to round it all out. The flavor remains citrusy and berry forward with more of that deep blue danky note to keep it on the west side. Bright, hoppy, firmly bitter, and vibrantly hoppy with a suitably dry finish.
