Sometimes an unexpected hop pairing results in some pretty rad aromatics! We started this one off with a huge shot of Citra Incognito and then dry-hopped it with a burst of Cascade Cryo and double dry-hopped it with New Zealand grown Kohatu and Simcoe. Intense sweet fruits dominate with an emphasis on creamy strawberry and blueberry smoothie aromas that are balanced by delicate florals, subtle orange, and tropical papaya. Just a smidge of pine pulls it all together. Big luscious mouthfeel by way of copious oats. Creamy and dreamy... you might get lost in the clouds with this one.

Grabbed this and five other cans on recent trip to San Diego Wine & Beer Company after picking up some other stuff at Burgeon. North Park’s website called it “Sometimes an unexpected hop pairing results in some pretty rad aromatics! Poured a medium yellow-to-light golden hazy color with 2-to-3 fingers of frothy white head. Some bubbles coming up along the sides of the glass. Perfect layered spiderweb foamy lacing. World-class retention. (Sight - 4.75)
Smelled Citra, lemon sorbet, herbal, Cascade, papaya, orange, vanilla wafer cookie, floral and pine. Just as good out of the can. (Smell - 4.00)
Taste followed the nose. Very interesting. In order got Citra, lemon sorbet, pine needle, herbal, vanilla wafer cookie, Cascade, peppery spice, papaya, hints of Simcoe, floral and mixed berry. (Taste - 4.00)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Average carbonation. Soft, creamy finish. (Feel - 5.00)
This was an excellent beer. A lot of interesting flavors with this beer but the mouthfeel was the best part. (Overall - 4.25)

Oh baby, this one almost makes Raul want to make a baby, ya know? Cuz it’s like all wild and stuff, and it sends a bigger jolt through my veins than sitting on Old Sparky. This one is just ripe and hella juicy like Maria Sharapova serving match point.
