Next in our series of curiously-strong fruit-infused sour ales is this tart little number. Fresacito is loaded with tons of lime, strawberry, and just a kiss of meyer lemons. Bright citrusy fruit and intense acidity refreshes the palate and finishes dry.

Snuck over to Windmill Farms to see if they had some North Park cans I was eyeing and alas they did. Their website called it “Next in our series of curiously-strong fruit-infused sour ales is this tart little number. Fresacito is loaded with tons of lime, strawberry, and just a kiss of meyer lemons. Bright citrusy fruit and intense acidity refreshes the palate and finishes dry.”
Poured a light amber semi-murky color with two fingers of frothy off-white head. Could see just a few bubbles coming up from the bottom of the glass but could see some flaky pulp. Very good spotty lacing. Good retention. (Sight - 3.75)
A lot going on in the nose. Lime jumped out, followed by lemon, strawberry, mixed berry, pine, dish soap, pineapple and a touch of passion fruit. Not quite as good out of the can. (Smell - 4.25)
Taste wasn’t quite as good as the nose but still solid. Pulpy lime jumped out, followed by lemon, strawberry, tart cherry, mixed berry, pine, dish soap, pineapple and a touch of passion fruit. (Taste - 4.00)
Medium body. Oily-to-sticky texture. Lively carbonation. Long, tart finish. (Feel - 4.00)
This was outstanding overall. Another good one from North Park. (Overall - 4.00)

Found it hard to discern the strawberry but the lime and lemon are quite up front.
Poured apricot colored opaque into my beer glass and the faint aroma wafted off the bone white head gave little away.
The taste is sour with no apologies. Front, middle and back, all sour. Does finish dry, but a sour dry.
The feel is good, enough body to carry all the flavor but not chewy at all. Quite pleasant really.
I generally prefer my sour beers to be sessionable, but happy to have been able to try this, thanks SP23!
