Collaboration with Courtyard Brewery
For our 3rd collaboration with New Orleans’ The Courtyard Brewery, we decided to amalgamate the hop bills from some of our favorite IPAs from each other's brewery to produce this organoleptic masterpiece. We started with a firm dose of Chinook to add some bitterness that grabs ahold of your palate and readies you for an onslaught of Mosaic Incognito & Amarillo with a full on DDH of Nelson Sauvin, Strata, Simcoe, Simcoe Cryo, Mosaic, and Mosaic Cryo! This full bodied tropical dream just rips with bright pineapple, tangerine, mixed berries, and herbaceous dankness.

Snuck over to North Park to grab a mixed 4-pack of new releases from the past two weeks. They were out of one of the ones I wanted but I got some others. North Park’s website called it “For our 3rd collaboration with New Orleans’ The Courtyard Brewery, we decided to amalgamate the hop bills from some of our favorite IPAs from each other's brewery to produce this organoleptic masterpiece. Poured a light golden hazy color with three fingers of rocky-to-frothy head. Could see a bunch of bubble streams coming up along the sides of the glass at different speeds. Perfect spiderweb foamy lacing. Perfect foamy retention. (Sight - 5.00)
Lots of different hops in this one, but I picked out Mosaic, Nelson, Strata and Amarillo. Also pineapple, tangerine, mixed berry, floral, papaya, peach, dank pine, herbal and white grape. Just as good from the can. Really nice on the nose. (Smell - 4.25)
Tasted just as good as the nose. Damn this is nice. Got Mosaic, Strata and Nelson, followed by Amarillo and then Simcoe on the back end. Also pineapple, tangerine, papaya, gooseberry, mixed berry, floral, peach, dank pine, herbal, white grape, guava and mango. (Taste - 4.25)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Average carbonation. Long, juicy finish. (Feel - 4.75)
Damn. Just a tremendous beer. Another great one from North Park. (Overall - 4.50)

Pours a slightly cloudy. Looks good. Great aroma, passion fruit and guava on the nose. Sip follows suit. Low bitterness. I’ve loved everything I’ve tried from North Park so far.

Juicy, tropical, dank nose. Juicy, tropical, dank flavor. Plus, citrus, melon, and fruit juice flavor. Tasty beer, obtained in a trade with @partypanda. Was not disappointed and I would buy some of this if it was local.
