Snuck over to North Park and Pure Project to track down some hazies to take with me in a few weeks to Colorado. This one was labeled on Untappd as “Hey, folks, we are back again for another round of "fun with shapes" and what pairs better with games than a delicious "Geometric Galaxy"! What's that you ask? Well, it's our latest DDH DIPA hopped to the apex with Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin from Freestyle, Citra, Mosaic and Mosaic Cryo. Scents of dieselly pink bubblegum on the nose, beam you in a straight line towards obtuse amounts of passion fruit, tropical mango, juicy kiwi, and citrusy orange zest. While you cannot fit a square peg in a round hole, you can drink this beer fresh and Professor Hop-Fu! insists that you do!”

Poured a light golden-to-medium golden hazy color with 2-to-3 fingers of frothy off-white head. Could see just a few bubbles coming up along the sides of the glass. World-class uneven foamy lacing. Excellent retention. (Sight - 4.50)

Smelled dank pine, diesel, passion fruit, nectarine, bubblegum, mango, guava, mixed berry, white grape, orange peel, melon and papaya. For hops, Galaxy and Nelson led the way, followed by Mosaic and lesser Citra. Just as good from the can. (Smell - 4.00)

Tasted better than the nose. In order got Nelson, dank pine, diesel, Galaxy, passion fruit, nectarine, Citra, Mosaic, bubblegum, mixed berry, melon, mango, guava, white grape, papaya and some orange peel. (Taste - 4.25)

Medium body. Creamy texture. Average-to-lively carbonation. Dank finish. (Feel - 4.25)

Another awesome hazy from North Park. (Overall - 4.25)

3/1/2022 Batch! Sweet tropical hoppy, white wine grape, hint of orange-tangerine citrus, and faint hint of hoppy-dank nose on this one! Taste follows with a tropical hoppy, and grapefruit citrus-dank finish. Great use of a great hop profile! This is just so smooth and soft...just some great, well-balanced haze! If this had just a little more depth on the palate, this would rank up there with the best in the game! North Park is killing it!
