BATCH 500!! For this momentous milestone, we dug into our West Coast roots and whipped up this abundantly dank Double IPA and triple dry-hopped it with Mosaic, Strata, and Freestyle Nelson Sauvin! Bone dry, light-bodied, assertively bitter, and bursting with ripe strawberries, jammy blueberries, sauvignon blanc, and zesty oranges. After crushing one, you might find yourself saying something like this deep quote from our head brewer Kelsey McNair, "I really like this beer. It turned out pretty great."

Picked up this and another 4-pack on a recent trip to North Park. Was really looking for ward to this one even though I think North Park’s West Coast IPAs aren’t quite as good as the hazy ones. North Park’s website called it “BATCH 500!! Poured a medium yellow clear color with 2-to-3 fingers of rocky-to-frothy white head. Could see lots of bubbles coming up from the bottom of the glass. Almost perfect foamy lacing. World-class foamy retention. (Sight - 4.75)

Super dank on the nose. In order Mosaic, rose blossom, floral, mango, guava, strawberry bubblegum, Strata, pine, tangerine, orange, peach, Nelson and gooseberry. About as good out of the can. (Smell - 4.25)

Tasted even better. Wow. So much strawberry. In order got strawberry, Strata, Mosaic, rose blossom, floral, strawberry bubblegum, guava, mango, red grapefruit, pine, Nelson, orange, tangerine, peach, nectarine, gooseberry and green leaf. Fairly smooth for 8.5 pct. ABV. (Taste - 4.25)

Medium body. Oily texture. Lively carbonation. Long, bitter finish. (Feel - 4.50)

I feel like I undervalued both the smell and the taste but happy with the rated categories overall. This was an excellent West Coast DIPA. (Overall - 4.50)

Sweet tropical hoppy, and sweet-piney hoppy-dank nose on this one! Great west coast aromatics! Taste follows with a clean and crisp, piney hoppy, and slightly dry bitter finish. Yum! The bitterness lingers on the back of the throat as it warms. This is just an outstanding, well-balanced, and well done westie! Fantastic!
