Whether or not you like french fries in your burrito, which we do, obviously, one thing we can all agree is that when you get the opportunity to make beer with your homies at Definitive Brewing you do it. We went "bi-coastal" for our latest collaboration and like a beacon in the night guiding you through the fog, we proudly shine a light on our latest TDH Hazy TIPA "Burritos & Lighthouses" hopped with Citra Incognito, Calista T45, Bru-1 Lupomax, and Citra Spectrum. Creamy pineapple, juicy peach, pink grapefruit, and tangy red raspberry tasting notes are delivering a first-class drinking experience. And, you know we had to make sure that signature NE Style body and mouthfeel were present to go along with that well-known silky smooth finish.

Type: 16-oz. can
Reviewed as: New England Triple / Imperial IPA
Glass: Pure Project 14-oz. snifter elemental (water) glass
Price: $7.19 (10 pct. of. $7.99)
From: San Diego Wine & Beer Co.
Purchased: Feb. 15, 2022
Consumed: Feb. 27, 2022
Misc.: Collaboration with Definitive Brewing Company; Canned on Feb. 8, 2022
Stopped at San Diego Wine & Beer Company on the way home from a work function. Intended to pick up six cans to get the 10 pct. off but almost $60 later I came away with eight cans. I had this once before, giving a draft pour with Nick on Feb. 11 a 4.25 and writing “Smooth Air Force. Need to try again later.” Untappd description was “Whether or not you like french fries in your burrito, which we do, obviously, one thing we can all agree is that when you get the opportunity to make beer with your homies at Definitive Brewing you do it. Poured a medium yellow-to-light golden color with four fingers of rocky-to-frothy white head. Could see a few bubbles creeping up along the sides of the glass. Perfect spiderweb foamy lacing. Almost perfect retention. (Sight - 4.75)
Smelled Citra, pink grapefruit, pineapple, juicy peach and raspberry. Even better out of the can. (Smell - 4.25)
Tasted even better than the nose. Got Citra, pink grapefruit, raspberry, juicy peach, nectarine, pineapple, viney berry and hints of peppery spice. Didn’t taste all that 10 pct., but close for sure. (Taste - 4.25)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Average carbonation. Long, smooth finish. (Feel - 4.50)
Just another excellent offering from North Park (and Definitive this time). (Overall - 4.25)

Thanks, Cassidy, Chris.
An ugly, hazy light orange with a dense, off-white head. The nose is pineapple juice, mango, orange, bright and fruit forward with some oat like vanilla sweetness present. Honey, cream, mildly frothy, but rather incredibly, without any grassy notes. The palate opens smooth, creamy, fruity, pillowy, with the flavors of honey, pineapple, mango and citrus following. Bitterness is non existent, and rather shockingly, the alcohol is well hidden too. Clean, smooth, fruity on the finish. Tasty stuff.
