A toast to every brewery who has had their post removed for no good reason by an algorithm. Because we all need some clarity on the matter, we had to brew up a crystal clear DDH West Coast IPA and to make things even more simple, we used only Mosaic hops in the brew. Dank, piney and resiny notes permeate the nose, while delicious notes of blueberry, mixed red berry and subtle citrus console your taste buds each time you have to repost to your account. We are all in this together and we encourage everyone to brew this beer so we can make it a thing because we set our own community guidelines in the craft beer industry!

Picked up a 4-pack of this on a recent trip to North Park Beer Company. North Park’s website called this “A toast to every brewery who has had their post removed for no good reason by an algorithm. Because we all need some clarity on the matter, we had to brew up a crystal clear DDH West Coast IPA and to make things even more simple, we used only Mosaic hops in the brew. Poured a medium yellow clear color with four fingers of frothy off-white head. Lots of fast moving bubbles coming up along the sides and from the bottom of the glass. Very good foggy lacing. Excellent foamy retention. (Sight - 4.25)
Smelled big Mosaic, dank resin, pine, viney mixed berry, mango, floral, rose blossom, red grapefruit, hints of bubblegum, earthy malt and peppery spice. Almost as good on the nose from the can. (Smell - 4.50)
Taste wasn’t as good as the nose but still really good. In order got Mosaic, floral, viney mixed berry, rose blossom, red grapefruit, dank resin, pine, hints of bubblegum, earthy malt and lingering peppery spice. (Taste - 4.25)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Lively carbonation. Abrupt, bitter finish. (Feel - 4.25)
Another awesome beer from North Park. Excellent. (Overall - 4.25)

Clear, bright body; light gold in color; decent carbonation and head, sudsy and lasting. Dank and weedy smell; pine resin. Excellent malt base flavor; pine resin; bold hop bitterness; clean. Medium-heavy body; pleasantly coarse on the palate; moderately dry.
A well-done west coast styled India pale ale, double dry-hopped per the can description.
